Coach Emma Francis is a Division I goalie at The Ohio State University. A Rochester native and Irondequoit High School alumna, Emma joined the Buckeyes after a standout high school career where she was a two-time captain and the Monroe County Defensive Player of the Year.

During her time at Irondequoit, Emma earned US Lacrosse Academic All-American honors and set multiple school records, including the single-season record for save percentage. Before moving to the Big Ten, she competed at the national level with Monster Elite, American Select, and Under Armour 150.

Now competing at the highest collegiate level, Emma is excited to bring her D1 experience back to Rochester, helping local goalies master the technical and mental aspects of the position to dominate the crease.
